The Technique and
the Story
1. All pies are hand-tossed, thin crust New York style; the dough is made in house every day. (Right now we only make thin-crust but we plan on making Sicilian pies soon; aka thick crust)
2. We slice all of our meats and vegetables in house. We use the freshest of ingredients to top our pies.
3. Our sauce compliments our high quality cheese for the best flavor.
4. All of our pies are cooked using a brick oven. This allows the crust to cook perfectly to compliment the flavors of the sauce, cheese and toppings. Cooked to perfection, New York style.
5. (As of the recent with COVID-19, we as a new company haven’t had much involvement in the community.) Historically, my father worked with some small groups within the community. We are planning to work with schools and teams as sponsors.
